Return and Exchange Policy

· Terms of return, item must be returned within 5 days of receiving it and be in brand new condition in sealed packet.

· State of return item must be in brand new condition in sealed packet and not soiled in any way with detailed receipt of purchase.. 

· Reason for return : chose items carefully before purchasing as we only accept returns if product has a manufacturing fault.

· Process for return: Customer must pay postage charges to get item to Absolute Equine and back to them and register their parcel both ways as we will not be held responsible for goods once they leave our hands.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

o Item must be received by us within 5 days of you receiving product with detailed receipt of purchase.
o You understand it’s your responsibility to return the item sealed in its packet as it was sent to you.
o Absolute Equine do not take responsibility for any lost items in the post, you may wish to purchase tracking/insurance postage.
o Items returned that do not meet our returns policy will not be processed and you will need to pay the shipping to have the item returned to you.
Exchange policy: we do not exchange items so please choose your purchase carefully.

Absolute Equine take no responsibility for any injuries that occur from using any product purchased from us.

Complaints are to be taken up with the wholesaler/manufacturer of the product.
